Attending the inspection is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. This will help you to become familiar with the operation and maintenance of the home. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to discuss the findings over the phone at your convenience.
After your inspection, we will review the findings and answer all of your questions. You will receive the electronic report later that day or the following morning.
